Eco Glamping

Grey Rabbit was nervous he had never needed to request a railway train to stop. He was so anxious he would miss the request station he stayed wide eyed and awake the whole journey from Rochford. Grey Rabbit was grateful when a countryside cyclist made a move to request the very same point to alight the locomotive. With a sigh of relief Grey Rabbit sorted his pack and made his way out of the station to the small conveyance store.
He had never realised how remote the southeast could be. All the shops were shut, it was late afternoon. Living in Essex towns Grey Rabbit only ever assumed the northern territories of England would adopt such a quaint and sleepy process. The convenance store was the only store open with only essentials on offer. Picking up washing liquid, a sponge, teabags, syrup cake and pasta and Sause grey rabbit queued for the sole till. A friendly bystander remarked Grey Rabbit had no milk. Embarrassed Grey Rabbit made a dash for diary. Grey Rabbit packed with food and an overnight bag awaited by a small park for the inn keeper’s van.
This was a new experience for Grey Rabbit an eco-glamping experience. He was still anxious. Grey Rabbit tried to recycle and so his bit for the planet, but he was far from eco -friendly. Outdoor eco showers and wooden built tippy tap were out of Grey Rabbits comfort zone. They were a creation for bunny scout exploring not a staple for a Grey Rabbit holiday retreat. The inn keeper was welcoming and knowledgeable and put grey rabbit at ease in an instant.
Grey Rabbit beamed as he looked upon the luxurious site. Wow Grey Rabbit thought what a wonderful camp ground. The innkeeper had beehives waiting and left Grey Rabbit to explore. Grey Rabbit was in a southern bunny paradise the sun was shining and the fields were blooming.
A patch of edible flowers caught Grey Rabbits eyes. How delightful Grey Rabbit thought as he munched on blooms of yellow, pastel pink and blues. At the end of the field there was a look out hut. Climbing the wooder sets toward the sky Grey Rabbit sheltered from the heat under the canopy. Grey Rabbit was high up able to see the full length of the grounds. 3 white yurts sat in the field like oversize beehives, Families were sitting and enjoying the summers sun. Beyond the communal barn that housed the cooking facilities was a private haven for the eco shower. Grey Rabbit was not looking forward to the showering experience. A leafy curtain covered the area to hide the modesty of guests. Grey Rabbit made a decision to wait until all the families had left for the beach before attempting the shower. It was not an experience Grey Rabbit wanted to share.
The innkeeper had his own private land, with charming country home. Grey Rabbit looked away amused as he saw the innkeeper and his wife dive into their wild pond pool.

The Shepherds Hut

The shepherd hut that Grey Rabbit had booked was perfect. It was painted a relaxing pastel grey, and the furniture was of exceptional standard. Grey Rabbit had never stayed somewhere so luxurious. Inside was beautiful with grey matching mugs and soft bench cushions. The bed was gorgeous with its own net curtains Grey Rabbit smiled.
The Shepherd hut had its own private garden way form the family hurts. Grey Rabbit was excited to escape form the Hussle and bustle of the factory floor. It had little wooden chairs bench and outdoor cooking area on. The crunching sound of the pebbles under his paws as he walked on the patio was peaceful. His little garden and private patio had a quaint little bench and twin chairs with an outdoor cooking area.

Battle of the Fly’s – Grey Rabbits Rocky error

He could hear a combine harvester in the distance. Enjoying the wonders Grey Rabbit let his guard down. He left the windows and doors to his shepherds hut open. Taking the opportunity lured in my the harvesting the fly’s attacked. Swarming the shepherd hut. Grey Rabbit spent the evening Swotting the beasts encapsulating himself in the bed curtain Grey Rabbit tried to zone out the irrorating hum.
Once again Grey Rabbits delightful host came to the rescue. They were experienced with silly towns people naive to the country ways. Offering Grey Rabbit refuge with a mint tea in the communal barn the innkeeper and his wife won the battle of the flys.
